HFW empowers youth through the support of \u201cYouth Ending Hunger (YEH)\u201d which is the youth organization of HFW. <\/p>\n<p>Youths can bring bigger impacts or more effects in some HFW\u2019s activities of community development, advocacy, awareness raising as well as public relations or fundraising. HFW supports youths to conduct these activities proactively. We mobilize youth, entrust them, and give opportunities to commit to end hunger. <\/p>\n<p>Also, HFW provides appropriate advice and trainings to enable youth to develop themselves and to produce results through activities. HFW also provides an environment for YEH members to learn from each other and work together. In each country, National Youth Conferences are held once or twice a year where YEH members attend from over the country.  Also, HFW holds a Global Youth Conference (GYC) once in two years where representatives from each country attend. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rightCol\">\n<p class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"168\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/fomat_il04en.png\" alt=\"Youth development\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/fomat_il04en.png 168w, https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/fomat_il04en-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/fomat_il04en-120x120.png 120w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 168px) 100vw, 168px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<h2>Youth Development in each country<\/h2>\n<div class=\"three_column clear\">\n<div style=\"height: 358px;\" class=\"col\">\n<p class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/youthbd.jpg\" height=\"auto\" width=\"300\"><\/p>\n<h3>Bangladesh<\/h3>\n<p>With 456 youths of 28 units in three areas are active, YEH hold a youth mock parliament to achieve the legislation of \u201cthe Right to Food\u201d and submitted a report to the speaker of National parliament. Advocacy activities on youth related policies, income generating activities such as livestock projects for financially challenged youth are implemented.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"genericon genericon-video\"><\/span><a href=\"\/english\/what-we-do\/bangladesh\/\">Activities of Bangladesh<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height: 650px;\" class=\"col\">\n<p class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/youthbn1.jpg\" height=\"auto\" width=\"300\"><\/p>\n<h3>Benin<\/h3>\n<p>About 70 youths of 2 units in two areas are active. Implement workshop on \u201cthe Right to Food\u201d, vegetable cultivation for project fundraising and awareness raising activities on sanitation. Youths actively participate in events organized by local government\u2019 events and create network and enhance cooperation with other youth organizations.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"genericon genericon-video\"><\/span><a href=\"\/english\/what-we-do\/benin\/\">Activities of Benin<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height: 650px;\" class=\"col\">\n<p class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/youthbf.jpg\" height=\"auto\" width=\"300\"><\/p>\n<h3>Burkina Faso<\/h3>\n<p>About 30 youths of one unit in one area are active. To improve sanitary environment of the community where medical expense surpasses food expense of households, clean-up activities and awareness raising activities are mainly implemented. Youths create a platform with other youth organizations and cooperate with them.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"genericon genericon-video\"><\/span><a href=\"\/english\/what-we-do\/burkinafaso\/\">Activities of Burkina Faso<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"three_column clear\">\n<div style=\"height: 650px;\" class=\"col\">\n<p class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/youthbn.jpg\" alt=\"youthbn\" height=\"auto\" width=\"300\"><\/p>\n<h3>Uganda<\/h3>\n<p>Two hundred and nine youths of five units in five areas are active.  Main activities are income generation such as chicken or pig rearing for financially challenged youths. They also participate in HFW activities and play a part to promote various projects.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"genericon genericon-video\"><\/span><a href=\"\/english\/what-we-do\/uganda\/\">Activities of Uganda<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height: 650px;\" class=\"col\">\n<p class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hungerfree.net\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/youthjp1.jpg\" height=\"auto\" width=\"300\"><\/p>\n<h3>Japan<\/h3>\n<p>Sixty youths of three groups in three areas are active.
