Concert held by Bangladesh support group “Etcetera”. More than 50 people turned out to attend the concert.

The Hunger Free Club "Etcetera" held an annual Charity Concert in Yokohama, Kanagawa-ken on January 22. Despite the light drizzle, more than 50 people turned out to attend the concert, where they were serenaded with beautiful music played by pianist Shiraishi Mitsutaka. During a break, HFW staff explained Bangladeshi history and culture, and contribution by Etcetera in building more than twenty arsenic-removal systems there.

A total of thirty thousand yen, made up of concert proceeds and donations, will be used to support the program of building more arsenic-removal systems to secure a supply of clean water in Bangladesh.

Audience got enchanted by the music
